Not a reader, not a Vo/Sot, not a package, not a short write up, not one news article or even one media inquiry. In the bastion of liberal media, the San Francisco Bay Area, in February Black History Month, there was no mainstream coverage of two of the most important races in California as the candidates clashed on race.
A White Man Attacks Black Woman With Racist Repost, A Pass or White Privilege?
At the collision of Race and Gender is Civil Rights Attorney Pamela Price, A Black Woman, a “Hidden Figures” like warrior whose work to bring equity to the Alameda County District Attorney was shut down from a recall effort started almost immediately when she stepped into the office as the first Black District Attorney in Alameda County’s 170-year history. Among the successful 2025 recall opponents stands one of the leading candidates for the California Governor’s office, U.S. Congressman Eric Swalwell, a former Alameda County District Attorney.
Swalwell’s lack of judgment, kicking a Black woman while she’s down fighting her way back to justice for all in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office, was demonstrated in the mean-spirited Trump-like repost of a meme of Ms. Price. As Black History Month was beginning to transition in to Women’s History Month, DA Candidate Price, called out Swalwell at the California State Democratic Party Convention February 21.

Ms. Price, who is the “Hidden Figures” type champion of Women’s Rights across the nation as she was the lead defendant in the landmark 1977 case Alexander vs Yale that won protections for girls and women across the nation against sexual assault and sexual harassment under Title IX, has a story worth covering.
Today, 2:45-3:45 Civil Rights Attorney Pamela Price will be on a national panel in San Diego for the American Bar Association:
